The governance structure

The Holding’s Sustainability Manager is responsible for:

Developing Alturki Holding’s Sustainability Integration Roadmap.

Providing guidance to the group’s investment committee, Holding’s managers, and subsidiaries’ Executive Committees, MDs and sustainability representatives to ensure proper implementation of The Roadmap

Developing Alturki Holding’s annual sustainability report.

Promoting Alturki Holding (internally and external) as a sustainability pioneer.
