As part of its ongoing commitment to community support and maximizing positive impact, Alturki Holding provided home maintenance services to 90 families in need, through Mserve, the specialized division for home and property maintenance services at Musanadah, - a subsidiary of Alturki Holding - in collaboration with Etedal Association for Food Preservation.
This initiative falls under the Athar Program, Alturki Holding’s community platform, which comprises a range of initiatives aimed at improving quality of life within the community and reinforcing the concept of community partnership in support of sustainable development and inclusivity.
Etedal Association played a key role in facilitating access to these services for low-income families. The association is a licensed non-profit organization accredited by the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector. It works to promote moderation in resource consumption, raise awareness on responsible usage, encourage the donation of surplus resources to support those in need, and adopt circular economy initiatives that contribute to sustainability and resource conservation.
The services provided included Maintenance Services (AMC), covering AC Maintenance, Electricals, Plumbing, and Handyman Services, all aimed at ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for the beneficiary families.
Commenting on the initiative, Eng. Badr Alshathry, Executive Vice President at Alturki Holding, and Chairman of the Board of Musanadah Facilities Management, said: “We are proud that our initiatives form part of an integrated ecosystem that contributes to improving people’s lives and strengthening social solidarity, reflecting the importance of collaboration in delivering impactful services that create tangible change.”
In turn, Mr. Nigel Wright, Managing Director of Musanadah, stated: “Through Mserve, we continue our commitment to delivering sustainable and reliable maintenance solutions that contribute to enhancing quality of life. This partnership with Etedal represents a distinguished model of positive collaboration between the private sector and community organizations.”
In this context, Mr. Ibrahim Al-Ghashyan, CEO of Etedal Association for Food Preservation, stated: “We are proud of our partnership with Alturki Holding and Musanadah, which has enabled us to reach deserving families and deliver practical services that contribute to improving their living conditions, reflecting the true meaning of integration between community initiatives and the private sector.”
This initiative highlights the integrated efforts of Alturki Holding and its subsidiaries in advancing sustainable, people-focused impact that enhances quality of life.
