Alturki Holding has launched its TWAIQ program. Officially flagged off at a launch event at Alturki Holding’s headquarters recently, the program is being conducted in collaboration with IE University, one of the world's leading higher education institutions, based out of Spain.
Launched under the Holding’s comprehensive talent development program ‘Hemmah’, TWAIQ is specifically designed to provide the Holding’s promising new employees (0-3 years of experience) with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel professionally, while embedding the company values.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Rami Alturki, President & CEO Alturki Holding noted, “TUWAIQ is one of the most strategic tracks under HEMMAH, which is crucial to our sustainability. Discovering and developing our future leaders, the program is designed for our high performing new employees who are self-motivated to outperform themselves and demonstrate willingness and dedication towards achieving professional excellence.”
Emphasizing on the Holding’s commitment towards employee development, Mr. Rami said that the company is strategically invested in creating opportunities for the development and empowerment of its employees on a continuous basis, adding that the latest initiative is in line with the very commitment.
Having a duration of six months, the program will be taught in English language medium and will have both online and offline sessions to be conducted at the company’s headquarters in Dhahran. Throughout the program, the participants will be mentored to work on the ‘Innovation Project’ that will allow them to learn various modules taught at the program (Strategy, Finance and Leadership).
The participants will afterwards practically apply the models to innovate the Holding’s business lines and implement their newly acquired intrapreneurial skills into real-company practice.
Stressing on the importance and relevance of the program, Ms. Alanoud AlSemaeil, HR and Support Services Director, Alturki Holding said, “Over a period of six months, the participants will learn about a wide range of organizations and their business models, critical to their success. Through its various modules, the program is designed to accelerate the understanding about advanced concepts and dynamics of the business sector, while imparting the needed technical and soft skills, equipping, and enabling the participants to become great future assets, contributing to helping our nation achieve its ambitious goals.”
