Alturki Holding, through its community program “Athar,” has signed a cooperation agreement with the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Development Fund. The agreement aims to support the delivery of CyberHER, a program dedicated to developing and empowering national female talent in cybersecurity and strengthening their readiness to enter the job market.

The program targets 40 participants through 160 training hours and is scheduled to launch this November. It equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge in cybersecurity in line with market requirements, enhancing their professional readiness for entry-level roles in the sector.

CyberHER offers a comprehensive, hands-on training experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, simulating real-world work environments in the sector. This is complemented by professional mentoring and career preparation that align the program’s outcomes with market needs and expand training and employment opportunities for participants.

The partnership contributes to empowering Saudi women in future-focused technology sectors and supporting their participation in cybersecurity, in line with national directions and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Rami Alturki, President and CEO of Alturki Holding and Board Member of the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Development Fund, said: “We believe that investing in national talent is an investment in the Kingdom’s future. Through this partnership, we aim to open new opportunities for Saudi women in cybersecurity, connecting skills development with meaningful career opportunities that empower them and strengthen their contribution to the national economy.”
