Alturki Holding has announced the promotion of Eng. Bader Alshathry to the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) at Alturki Holding, effective June 2025. This appointment reflects Alturki Holding’s commitment to developing leadership from within and fostering sustainable growth.
Eng. Bader has been a part of Alturki Holding since 2011, where he served as Chief of Digital Transformation previously. He successfully led a number of initiatives to digitize operations and improve performance within the Group. He also led multiple subsidiaries and, most recently, Samara (SIXT Saudi). Eng. Bader is noted to have a forward-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset and is always looking for better ways to deliver impact, while staying grounded in our values.
Eng. Bader will focus on the continued development and performance of the Growth Sector companies and Alturki Industrial Investments. He will also chair the Boards of Directors of the Group’s subsidiaries, ensuring decisions remain aligned with Group strategy and enabling long-term value creation.
The appointment is an indicator of Alturki Holdings' commitment to strengthening governance, deepening strategic alignment, and continuously empowering its leadership talent. In close partnership with the Managing Directors, CEOs, and Holding functions, Eng. Bader will lead the Group’s development in ways that align with the Kingdom’s national ambitions.
