Alturki Holding successfully concluded its Middle Management Development Program, held in partnership with INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools. The five-day intensive program, which ran from October 20th to 24th, was part of Alturki’s ongoing Hemmah initiative aimed at enhancing the strategic and leadership skills of its middle management team.

The program, led by INSEAD faculty members Professor Daniel Simonovich and Professor Thomas Hellwig, covered essential topics for managerial growth, including strategic analysis, corporate culture, organizational behavior, and leadership development. Participants engaged in sessions that blended theory with practical application, using real-life challenges to apply and implement the concepts they had learned in real-world scenarios. The program concluded with a live business case, fostering innovative problem-solving and resilience.
