For the fourth consecutive year, Alturki Holding organized the annual FORWARD Strategic Forum, which this year coincided with the Company’s 50th anniversary. The forum brought together the shareholders, board members, Group’s leaders, and advisors as the key platform to realign on purpose, values, and strategy.

Fifty Years of Purpose and Performance

The FORWARD 26 Forum opened with a welcome address by Mr. Rami Alturki, President and CEO of Alturki Holding, who reflected on five decades of the Group’s history and emphasized how purpose—anchored in a deeply rooted sense of responsibility toward all stakeholders—has always been at the heart of Alturki Holding. He noted that this commitment has shaped behaviors leading to sustained performance. Mr. Alturki expressed his gratitude to the Kingdom’s leadership for nurturing and enabling the private sector to grow leading corporations; the founder, for his inspiration, encouragement and empowerment; and all those who, over the years, have contributed to the Group’s achievements, making its subsidiaries partners of choice across key segments of Saudi Arabia’s economy, including building materials, industrial services, technology, and mobility, among others. Looking ahead, he reaffirmed Alturki Holding’s continued alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and its commitment to playing an even greater role in advancing the national economy through responsible investment and the development of sustainable businesses.

Mr. Rami Alturki stated:
“Today, we celebrate fifty years of dedication and excellence, and we look to the future with renewed determination to continue leading change through responsible investment, innovation, sustainability, talent development, and driving impact that touches people, communities, and the environment.”

Inspiring Dialogues and Strategic Discussions

The program featured a leadership recognition ceremony, followed by a dialogue with the Chairman of the Alturki Holding Board, Mr. Khalid Alturki, moderated by Board Member Mr. Martin Mellish. Mr. Khalid Alturki spoke about the leadership qualities that have sustained the Group’s resilience for more than five decades, emphasizing the importance of integrity, the power of working with colleagues guided by strong moral conviction, and an unyielding desire to improve themselves while uplifting those around them. He reminded the audience that purpose and talent are not only central to the Holding’s success but also to its enduring impact on people and society. He also highlighted the Group’s fifty-year legacy as the foundation for its future continued growth and broader contribution to the economy and society.

The event featured another key moment with the interview with Dr. Sally Alturki on “Sustained Value for People and Communities”, moderated by Board Member Ms. Rasha Alturki. The discussion highlighted the Holding’s relentless support for social and educational initiatives, its positive impact on individuals and communities, and the creation of lasting human value through continued investment in education, healthcare, and the empowerment of women and youth. The interview also offered a sobering reflection on the trade-offs required to pursue both social impact and business performance. The audience was inspired by hearing how these trade-offs are addressed in practice—not only through adherence to core values, but also through strong governance and leadership.

The forum agenda also featured strategic sessions on the Group’s future priorities. One session, “The Alturki Way to Resilience”, showcased the role of scenario planning, continuous learning, and courageous leadership in creating the conditions to deal with the unexpected and turn challenges into opportunities. Another session, “Driving Innovation: Creating Value Within and Beyond”, highlighted the vital role of digital solutions and artificial intelligence in enhancing operations, improving services, and advancing national objectives—stressing that innovation is now a necessity for sustainable success. In this context, Mr. Rami Alturki announced the second edition of the AI Challenge, aimed at accelerating the development of responsible AI capabilities across the Group and adoption of smart solutions to boost business efficiency.

Strategic Plan 2030 and Beyond

Finally, Mr. Rami Alturki unveiled Alturki Holding’s Strategic Plan 2026–2030, reaffirming the Group’s purpose of contributing to Saudi Arabia’s sustainable development and Vision 2030. Building on five decades of values-driven growth, the plan sets a bold agenda centered on portfolio diversification, market leadership, and organizational excellence.
Reflecting on Alturki’s journey of success, he introduced the “Alturki Fort”, a unifying framework that connects purpose and performance with individual beliefs and behaviors, as well as organizational ambitions in both markets and internal capabilities. Looking ahead, he closed by emphasizing that the next chapter will be defined by greater innovation, stronger resilience, and an enduring commitment to people, society, and sustainability.
