Through this service, employees will have access to licensed professionals who can provide confidential consultations and support.

The partnership reflects Alturki Holding's ongoing commitment to fostering a healthy and supportive work environment. With October being recognized globally as a month to raise mental health awareness, this initiative highlights the importance of prioritizing our employees’ mental health and creating a healthier work environment where they feel valued and supported.

The hotline service, accessible in five languages, offers the following features:

/ Free of Cost: Available via a toll-free number, ensuring no financial burden on employees.

/ Confidentiality: Ensures complete privacy, with no information shared externally.

/ Inclusive Accessibility: Available to all employees, regardless of their role.

Employees are encouraged to use the hotline for a range of issues, including:

1. Tension or stress related to family matters

2. Managing anger or frustration

3. Sleep problems

4. Negative thoughts or feelings

5. Physical health concerns, such as pain or headaches

Cura, a leading Saudi telehealth provider, brings its expertise in digital health and telemedicine to this agreement, offering a comprehensive suite of services that revolutionize health communications and enhance the healthcare experience. Licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Health, Cura is recognized for its cutting-edge technologies that facilitate seamless interaction between patients and doctors, enabling efficient diagnosis, treatment prescriptions, second opinions, chronic disease management, and both primary care and mental health therapy sessions. Founded by Wael A. Kabli and Mohammad Zekrallah in 2016, the company aims to make healthcare services affordable, accessible, and quick, with a mission to support patients anytime, anywhere through stress-free consultations via their in-app software or official website.
