Musanadah signs a new project with Aircraft Accessories & Components Company (AACC) to provide integrated facilities management services (IFM). On a land area of 100,000 m2 and project spanning to three years, it consolidates the expansion of Musanadah’s services and opens up a new region to service. The scope of work involves hard & soft services, building maintenance services, light construction & fit-out works, and management of 3rd party contracts. The entire project includes the main office building, offices, warehouses, workshops, laboratories, yards and recreational facilities.
While explaining the importance of this expansion, Mr. Mohannad Almadhi – Managing Director of Musanadah said: “This is a millstone for Musanadah as it is the first project in the Western Province with a strategic client that we aim to serve and grow with in the future”.

Through the signing of this contract, Musanadah aims to continue its prosperous growth in line with the national transformation program and increase its clientele despite the current market conditions. Within the region, Musanadah offers many other service lines including building maintenance unit, security, light construction and mobile technical teams. The project is a clear indication of the market’s shift from Operation & Maintenance (O&M) to Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and clients’ will to invest extra to receive a better cost-efficient IFM solution service to operate their properties/facilities to the best international standards.

Musanadah is one of Alturki Holding wholly owned subsidiaries; it was established in 2011 to provide integrated facility management services. It is a strategically focused entity that was created to provide clients with a broad range of effective and vital integrated building maintenance services and solutions. The provided services will enable clients to focus on their business activities, accelerate the success process, as well as support clients by diverting their focus on business priorities to make profitable business decisions.
