Nesma Village, Khobar, May. 2, 2019 – Nesma & Partners recently held its third Annual Management Forum, in which its theme was “Managing Growth through Innovation & Transformation”.

The forum was an incredible opportunity for Management, Project Directors and Managers to gather information from a variety of departments, project sites, and business partners that can have a positive impact on the company.

Some of the various topics discussed were “Building Nationalization by 2030”, “Recent Developments in 3D virtual Reality Tech”, “Leadership through Innovation”, and “Challenges and Opportunities of Fast Track Projects” through a panel discussion; in which followed an inspiring welcoming speech by the President & CEO of Nesma & Partners, Mr. Imad Gholmieh and a motivational felicitation speech by Vice Chairman of Nesma & Partners and President & CEO of Alturki Holding, Mr. Rami Alturki.

This year’s management forum was distinguished from previous years, by hosting guest speakers from business partners outside Nesma & Partners. Such as Mohammed Alyami, End Users Segments & Mega Projects Director at Schneider Electric, Martijn Kuipers, Managing Director of Mammoet, Adrian Duffy, General Manager of SNC – Lavalin, and Dr. Muhammad Elrabaa, Associate Professor at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM); in which some of the speakers came from Riyadh and others from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the event.

Following the forum, the Innovation Contest illustrated during the forum was also shared with all Nesma & Partners employees to participate. The contest committee has already started receiving initial innovative ideas to be implemented inside Nesma & Partners. In addition, the Saudi nationalization percentage of labor force continued to increase after the Human Resources (HR) department presentation during the forum.

Moreover and following the “Safety and Quality Initiatives” presentation, to assist in decreasing Nesma & Partners vehicle accidents, a decision was agreed upon to transfer all Nesma & Partners company vehicles to Nesma & Partners vehicle drivers.
