Jason Mistry joined Alturki Holding as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2023. Before joining Alturki Holding, Mistry held senior finance roles at several global firms, including Brookfield Asset Management, Jupiter Asset Management, and Experian. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
As CFO, Mistry is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing all finance-related activities across Alturki Holding group. He plays a crucial role in strategic planning, risk management, treasury functions, investment decisions, acquisitions and Venture business. Mistry reports on financial matters to Alturki Holding’s Board of Directors and serves as a voting member of the Executive Committee.
Mistry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with First Class Honors from Durham University, a Master of Science in Operational Research with Distinction from The University of Edinburgh, and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from London Business School. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW.
