Jason Mistry joined Alturki Holding as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2023. Prior to joining Alturki, Mistry held senior finance positions at several global companies including Brookfield Asset Management, Jupiter Asset Management, and Experian. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
As CFO, Mistry has primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all finance-related activities at Alturki Holding. He is intimately involved in strategic planning, risk management, treasury, investment, and acquisitions for Alturki. Mistry reports on financial matters to Alturki Holding’s Board of Directors. He is a voting member of the Executive Committee.
Mistry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Computer Science with First Class Honors from Durham University, a Master of Science in Operational Research with Distinction from The University of Edinburgh, and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from London Business School. He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the ICAEW.
