Martin Mellish has served as founding director of Aspen Advisory Services Ltd., since 1994. Aspen is a London-based private office overseeing private and listed investments in North America, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Mellish serves as a non-executive director of NuCana Ltd (Nasdaq:NCNA; member, Audit Committee), Levitronix Technologies Inc. (Chair, Audit Committee), STX Environmental Markets (STX Services BV), Alturki Holding (Chair, Audit Committee), Saudi Readymix Concrete Company, (Chair, Audit Committee), Kensington Green (Management) Limited (Chair, Estates Environment & Security Committee) and Omnicyte Limited. Pro-bono he is a member of the International Advisory Council of the Massachusetts General Hospital, a former trustee of the London Academy for Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) and former advisor to the Council of the Chapels Royal at HM Tower of London. From 1984 to 1992 he was Financial Controller and subsequently Chief Financial Officer of Alturki Holding, an industrial investment company based in Saudi Arabia with offices in North America and Asia. Mr. Mellish trained at Price Waterhouse and was registered as a Certified Public Accountant (Mass.) in 1983. He holds an SM (Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, USA, an M.Sc. (Accounting) from Northeastern University, Boston, USA, and an A.B. (Political Science) from Amherst College, Amherst, Mass., USA. He is a 2022 degree candidate in the Master of Health Care Delivery Science program of The Dartmouth Institute, Geisel School of Medicine and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Hanover NH, USA.
